Return and Refund Policy:

  • Due to the time-intensive, handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on bakery items. Once a cake is picked up by you or someone on your behalf, it is considered “Accepted,” and all responsibility for it transfers to the customer. We do not issue refunds for issues with decoration style, color, or design elements.
  • If you need to reschedule your cake order, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. For shorter notice, we may still be able to adjust the date, depending on our availability. Similarly, flavor changes require at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • For 3D cakes, any modifications to the design or date require a minimum of five days’ notice. Cake flavor and texture preferences are personal, and we do not grant refunds based on these factors once the cake has been accepted.
  • However, you may be eligible for store credit if the product is returned to us and we determine the cake’s flavor or texture does not meet our quality standards.
  • We test our cakes daily to ensure top quality. Please note that environmental factors such as temperature and humidity may influence the cake’s flavor, appearance, and texture, which we cannot control.
  • Refunds before pickup or delivery are only available under the following conditions:
  • For “Advance Payment in Shop,” cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event have no fee for cash payments, or a 4% fee for card payments. After this window, a 39% fee will apply.
  • For “Online Payment,” cancellations at least 48 hours in advance will incur a 7% fee, while cancellations after that will face a 39% fee. Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
  • For “Advance Payment at Home,” “Bank Transfer,” or “Money Transfer,” cancellations made 48 hours in advance will be charged a 7% fee. If less notice is given, a 39% fee will apply.
  • For “Payment on Delivery,” there is no refund fee before the event.
